Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse

Clear the noise. Return to your rhythm.

We are part of nature, not separate from it. The changing seasons, the foods we eat, the rhythms we keep, how we move and rest, and even what we take in through our senses all influence how we feel. Ayurveda gives us a way to notice those relationships. Yoga gives us the awareness to witness them.

This guided 5-day Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse is an opportunity to simplify some of the noise of everyday life so you can listen a little more closely.

And no, this isn’t a deprivation-style cleanse.

We’ll use warm, nourishing kitchari as the foundation of our meals, supported by seasonal foods, daily rhythms, Ayurvedic self-care, yoga, breathwork, and meditation. By temporarily simplifying what we’re taking in, we create an opportunity to notice our habits, our dependencies, our energy, and what actually supports us.

The goal isn’t to become a “cleaner” or more perfect version of yourself.

It’s to come away feeling clearer and steadier in your thinking, decision-making, and emotions, with a better understanding of the rhythms and practices you want to carry forward.

We Begin Together

Sunday, October 25 | 10 AM–12 PM

We’ll begin with a two-hour gathering at Asana to explore the foundations of Ayurveda and the philosophy behind seasonal cleansing.

We’ll talk about the doshas, fall and seasonal rhythms, agni (digestive fire), ama, daily routines, food, sensory inputs, and why Ayurveda looks at much more than simply what we eat.

Most importantly, you’ll learn exactly how we’ll move through the cleanse so you can begin feeling prepared rather than wondering what the heck you’ve signed yourself up for.

We’ll finish by sharing a nourishing kitchari lunch together, exploring different ways to prepare it with seasonal vegetables, flavors, and textures.

No previous experience with Ayurveda or cleansing is needed.

The 5-Day Cleanse

Monday–Friday

For five days, we’ll simplify.

Kitchari will become the foundation of our meals, with seasonal vegetables and different spices, flavors, and textures to keep things interesting. Breakfast can also include oatmeal and roasted fruit if that feels more supportive.

But this experience is about much more than food.

Each morning at 7 AM, Jill will lead a 15–20 minute live practice via Zoom incorporating yoga, pranayama, meditation, and other supportive practices. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions afterward, and every practice will be recorded if 7 AM and real life don’t cooperate.

We’ll also explore simple Ayurvedic daily rituals like tongue scraping, abhyanga, oil pulling, mindful movement, earlier rest, and becoming more intentional about the other things we’re taking in each day.

Throughout the week, you’ll have access to our private Arketa community, where you can ask questions, share what you’re experiencing, and connect with everyone moving through the cleanse alongside you.

Not ready for five days? You’ll also receive guidance for completing a 3-day version.

We Close Together

Friday | 7 AM | In Person + Zoom

Friday morning will be a little different. We’ll close our week with a longer practice, reflection, and time to notice what surfaced when life became a little simpler.

What did you learn about your habits? What surprised you? What actually supported you? What are you ready to leave behind? And what feels worth carrying forward?

Then we’ll begin the equally important process of slowly reintroducing foods and greater variety over the following week, paying attention to how those things actually make you feel.

Because the point isn’t to live on kitchari forever. It’s to know yourself a little better when you return to everything else.

Your Cleanse Includes

  • 2-hour opening Ayurveda workshop
  • Kitchari lunch on Sunday to kickstart the cleanse
  • One week of preparation guidance
  • Cleanse handouts, recipes + resources
  • Guidance for both a 5-day and 3-day cleanse

THREE: Want to Go Deeper?

Add a 90-minute private Ayurvedic consultation with Jill for $250.

This is your opportunity to move beyond the group protocol and look more closely at you: your constitution, current patterns, daily rhythms, digestion, lifestyle, and what you’re experiencing right now.

Together, we’ll explore how the principles of Ayurveda can become something you actually use in your everyday life, long after the cleanse ends.

A Few Important Notes

Ayurvedic cleansing isn’t appropriate for everyone. This program is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for those with a current or past eating disorder, or in cases where cleansing may not be appropriate due to a medical condition, medication, or significant depletion. If you’re unsure whether this experience is right for you, please speak with your healthcare provider before registering.

This program is educational in nature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Prepare. Simplify. Listen. Integrate.

Sometimes we don’t need to add another thing. Sometimes we need enough simplicity to hear what was already there.

SUP {Stand-up Paddle Board} Yoga

Sundays at 4:30PM

At Ella Redkey Pool with Delayne Ryde

This SUP {StandUp Paddle board} yoga class will challenge you in the most simple of postures for the beginner yogi and even the advanced practitioner. Come prepared to laugh, {maybe} fall, and get your zen on.

What better way to do yoga in the summer than on the water?

Your yoga teacher will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the floating surface. You will then move into a more dynamic flow {and realize how much core work you actually have to do to stay up!} before slowing down to cool off with restorative postures.

We’ll finish class, like we always do, with savasana. Which, we think a floating savasana is so blissful that you’ll come back over and over again.

Come prepared:

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to get set up – boards will be provided and anchored to the pool. However, we can only allow a max of 9 students per class.  If you are bringing your own board, please arrive 15 minutes early to get it anchored.

You are welcome to wear either swimsuit or yoga apparel. Make sure you come prepared with sunscreen, a towel, and maybe a hat {as long as it doesn’t get in the way of your practice}.

Paddle & Flow:

SUP Yoga at Rocky Point

Join Delaney and Jill for a 2.5-hour stand-up paddleboard yoga experience in one of the calmest and most scenic areas of Upper Klamath Lake. We’ll begin with a short land-based yoga flow to warm up, then paddle about 20 minutes to Comfort Point—a quiet, spring-fed spot with clear water and mountain views. Once there, we’ll move through a full 60-minute beginner-friendly SUP yoga class right on the boards.

Practicing yoga on a paddleboard is a unique and fun challenge—engaging your core, refining your balance, and helping you stay fully present with the water, sky, and surroundings. No prior experience with yoga or SUP is needed.

What to Expect:
  • Mini flow session on land before launching
  • Group paddle to Comfort Point (approx. 20 minutes)
  • SUP yoga flow on the water (60 minutes)
  • Time to float, relax, or explore before returning
Why This Spot?

While much of Upper Klamath Lake experiences algae blooms in the summer, Rocky Point is different. This area is spring-fed, keeping the water clear and cooler. It’s peaceful, open, and ideal for paddling and practicing yoga away from the busy areas.

What to Bring:
  • Your own paddleboard – this is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Board) event. One board may be available at the resort, but availability is not guaranteed.
  • Paddle, life vest, plenty of water, sunscreen
  • Swimwear or quick-dry clothing you can move in
  • Optional but helpful: a small anchor or weight to help keep your board steady during the yoga flow
  • Lunch or snack – bring your own or grab a bite at Harriman’s Restaurant and Bar, just down the road (open 8 AM–8 PM, closed Mon/Tues)
Arrival & Safety:

Please plan to arrive by 9:30 AM to allow time to park, unload your board, and get set up for the land-based practice. Before launching, we’ll review basic paddleboarding technique and safety, and make sure everyone is comfortable on the water.

About the Area:

We’ll paddle near the Klamath National Wildlife Refuge—home to over 250 bird species, including bald eagles, herons, and pelicans. You might also spot late-summer wocus lilies and enjoy quiet views of the surrounding marsh and mountains.

Make a Day of It:

After class, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the area. Rocky Point Resort offers kayaking, fishing, hiking, birdwatching, and relaxing lakefront views.

SUP Requirements for Oregon:

To paddle legally and safely in Oregon, please make sure you have:

  • A Waterway Access Permit (required for boards 10+ feet; $7 for 7 days or $19 annually – available online or via the MyODFW app)
  • A life jacket (PFD) on your board
  • A whistle or sound-making device for safety
  • A white light or flashlight if paddling at dusk (not needed for this event, but good to know)
Water Safety Disclaimer:

Instructors are not lifeguard-certified. All participants should be comfortable in the water and able to swim confidently. Wearing a life vest (PFD) is strongly encouraged. By joining this event, you acknowledge responsibility for your own safety on the water.

Full Moon Sound Bath

A Monthly practice to rest in vibration.
78–80° | All Levels | 90 Minutes | Lisa Chancellor

Held under the full moon, this monthly practice is designed to support release, clarity, and energetic recalibration. In the Kundalini tradition, the full moon is believed to amplify prana and awareness, making it a potent time to clear stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and soften what is ready to be released.

Each session begins with a short Kundalini yoga set to gently awaken and align the energetic body, followed by a deeply restorative sound journey with singing bowls, mantra, and gong. The vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and restore a sense of inner spaciousness.

Bolsters and blankets are provided to support full rest, or feel free to bring your own favorite cozy setup.

Partner Yoga

Grab your fave human and come play!

Partner yoga is playful, a little awkward in the best way, and surprisingly connective. You will laugh. You might wobble. You will probably make eye contact and giggle. And somewhere in there, you will remember how good it feels to slow down and actually be with someone you care about.

We will explore simple partner poses, shared breath, and lighthearted movement that helps you…

Get out of your head
Drop into your body
Build trust without trying so hard
Feel grateful for yourself and the human next to you

It is fun first. Connection second. And yoga quietly doing its magic in the background.

No experience needed. No flexibility required. No pressure to be good at anything. If you can breathe and laugh, you are qualified.

Come with your partner, best friend, sibling, situationship, or favorite person. All pairings welcome. This is about connection, not labels.

We will end with a short rest so you can soak it all in and leave feeling a little softer, a little closer, and very glad you came..

Luminous Roots: A Sacred Feminine Yoga Experience

This isn’t your typical Mother’s Day afternoon.

You’ll move, breathe, and soften through an embodied vinyasa flow that leads into yin… then melt into a dreamy sound bath and guided meditation that quiets the noise and stirs the soul.

After that?

Sip herbal elixirs and savor decadent, seasonal bites while blending floral bath salts and creating a custom botanical perfume that smells like you: earthy, floral, sensual, and soft.

It’s part ritual, part spa day, and a full-on sacred reset.

You don’t have to be a mom to join—just someone craving rest, reconnection, and a little beauty made by hand.

What you’ll experience:

  • Feminine-form vinyasa flow
  • Restorative yin yoga with singing bowls
  • Guided meditation + soul journey during savasana
  • Space for reflection journaling and embodied reconnection
  • Intuitive blending of herbs, flowers, essential oils & gemstones

What you’ll leave with:

  • Luxe floral bath salts
  • Custom botanical perfume
  • Earth-conscious journal with your soul dreams
  • Lavender-infused eye pillow — for the first 5 to register
