The ceremonial womb is a sacred experience held around and within your for an entire month. These Tantra Healing Flow Sessions are all about giving yourself the space and time to deeply connect with yourself and transform your life’s perspective. Prepare to enter the sacred feminine expression of subtle and powerful.

Four 75-minute ceremonial sessions
Once a week sessions over the course of one month
Text/Email availability throughout the month

First session: Open sacred space & begin to connect to the divine feminine. Begin to unravel what has been programmed in your life.
Second session: Go in deeper to what needs to be cleansed, released, and purified.
Third session: Uncover your truths and gifts.

What is Tantra Yoga


Tantra is a way of living, a practice, that opens you up to the most beautiful + sacred part of you.

Tantra as a practice of the Divine within this human experience, to choose to see everyone and everything as Divine and alive

When we approach life from this perspective, we begin shifting not only how we perceive others, but also how we choose to see ourselves, treat ourselves, talk to ourselves. Through mind shifts + practices, we begin moving this wisdom in the body.

We become more clear on who we are, and what is most important.

Tantra yoga is the weaving of that which you already know deep within you in a way that it unites the expansion of wisdom within practices.

Through Tantra yoga, this wisdom becomes crystalized in the body.

Reiki Sessions

This session with Jill is perfect to rebalancing your energy system. Reiki opens a channel to flow through me and shine a Light on the places that need some Love. Experience a calm, peace, and presence. Feel rejuvenated, joyful, and even enlivened. You might feel more purpose, passion, bliss, or just enjoy a deep sleep.

What is Energy Healing


I see your best Self when you’re in a place of harmony in the in-between, in the ebb + flow. By bringing more awareness to the present moment with compassion and kindness, we discover a spark of Divine Light that empowers, energizes, soothes, and heals.

Energy healing weaves many modalities to calm the nervous system and relax the body so that you may experience a more whole and embodied life.

Reiki opens your central channel (shushumna nadi) in a way to allow more love and healing light into your bodies (physical and energetic).

Which type of private session is right for you?

Private Sessions are delightful and can be such a wonderful experience. When you connect to your body, mind, and spirit in a safe space, many students experience “aha” moments, life changing perspectives, and a more loving experience with yourself.

Here are 5 questions to consider:

  1. What are your goals? Short and long term.
  2. What style of practice/approach are you looking for? Higher intensity and strength building? Slower, more restorative, maybe injury recovery? Divine feminine approach?
  3. How often do you want to practice?*
  4. Where do I want classes to take place? At the maha studio, your home, the office, outdoors?
  5. Do I want anything extra, outside of the physical practice, during classes? Physical assists, use of essential oils, meditation, breath work, philosophy, etc.

Just a reminder, progress and change come through consistent, intentional action at the root, ultimately changing the habits that no longer serve us.
