Big energy. Small moments. free Yoga Pop-Ups.
The Maha Pop-Ups

These pop-ups are our way of bringing yoga out of the studio and into the heart of our community. Whether you find us at a local campus, taphouse, or creative gathering, these classes are free, intentional, and designed to meet you right where you are.
Each Maha Pop-Up has its own flavor, from aromatherapy breathwork to nervous system resets, gentle flows, or a little movement magic woven into the day. You don’t need to be flexible or spiritual, just curious.
This is about offering great care. Great soul. And great connection.
Outdoors. Indoors. Anywhere the collective energy calls.
Big energy. Small moments. Maha Pop-Ups.

Why Maha?
Maha means “great” in Sanskrit, because these little gatherings hold big heart. Our Maha Pop-Ups were born from a desire to bring intentional movement, breath, and connection beyond the studio walls. Whether it’s a quick flow in a park, a playful pause at a campus, or a soul-soothing reset at a community event, the Maha Pop-ups are a way to offer accessible yoga that supports community, nervous system regulation, and presence, wherever you are.

We’re always looking for aligned partners with heart-led values. Whether it’s on a campus, in a gallery, at a market, or tucked into a back patio. If the vibes are good, we’ll bring the mats and the magic.
