Why choose asana?

A note from Jill

Some days I don’t feel like doing a single “vinyasa” in class. Even the most gentle class feels exhausting. Those are the times when my body is trying to tell me to slow down! I also know how my practice has kept my body strong and injury free during the intensity and pump-you-up excitement of training for a triathlon.

Here at Asana, we are all about listening to what your body is saying to the mind. What’s going on in your life, your goals, and even the season plays a part on how you can support yourself best.

You’re going to love the vitality and feel-good oomph after a hard effort and sweaty practice. And also — when you just need to finally slow the eff down — those super blissful, slow and deep flows that bring the heart comfort and the body some delicious yawns are THE BEST !

We’re here for you – for the healing salty waters — from the heart pumping sweatfest flow to holding the tears of medicine your heart needed in that deep yin pose.

We mean it. This {life} journey is so sacred — and when you step deeper into it, it feels so good to have others right there with you.

Much Love, Jill Signature

78–80° | All Levels

Join us for a yoga class that celebrates body acceptance and makes yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of shape or size. Here, there is no “ideal” yoga body. Our focus is not on weight loss, but on nurturing self-love, body awareness, and appreciation for all the incredible things your body can do.

This session offers mindful movement at a steady, enjoyable pace, encouraging you to be present in each posture. You’ll find a supportive, judgement-free space where you can explore your body, connect with your breath, and move with self-compassion.

Expect to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance in an environment that empowers and welcomes every participant. Discover the joy of movement, cultivate self-love, and embrace your own unique journey.

Awaken energy. Regulate the nervous system.
78–80° | All Levels

Known as the “yoga of awareness,” Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that tempers physical movement and breathwork with meditation, mantra, and sound. This practice is known to balance the mind-body system, expand your awareness, and deepen your spiritual connection.

Kundalini Yoga is designed to bring vitality, prosperity, serenity, and healing in the shortest time possible by increasing pranic capacity and awakening the body’s dormant energy reserves. This allows more life force to circulate freely throughout the system.

Each class includes breath-led kriyas (movement sequences), meditations, mantras, and ends with a deeply restorative sound bath savasana to support full integration.

Note for New Students: Kundalini yoga feels very different from a traditional flow class. Instead of flowing poses, you’ll practice kriyas—intentional, often repetitive movements paired with powerful breath patterns—typically held or repeated for 3 to 11 minutes. These sequences are designed to regulate the nervous system, strengthen energy pathways, and help you shift internal blocks.

Expect a class that may challenge you in a completely new way.

A heart-centered practice to awaken and realign.
80–82° | All Levels

Luminous Flow is a deeply nourishing class that blends intuitive movement, vinyasa-style flow, breathwork, and meditation to support your heart, body, and energy system. Rooted in mindfulness and connection to the Divine, this practice invites you to move with intention, breathe fully, and ground into your body.

Each class is guided intuitively and thoughtfully aligned with the current season. Some begin in stillness and gradually build, others may close with restorative postures or meditation. While the pace and structure may shift from week to week, the asana (movement) portion will always offer physical challenge, whether through strength, balance, or depth of presence.

You might experience longer holds, powerful transitions, or unexpected moments of rest, but each class is designed to support you in releasing what’s heavy and coming home to yourself. Many students describe this class as their yoga “church”, a sacred space for reflection, renewal, and connection to something greater.

This class is accessible for all levels. Modifications, props, and spacious guidance are offered so that each student can experience the practice in a way that is both grounding and expansive.

A slow, meditative practice to release, restore, and reconnect.
78–80° | All Levels

Yin is the stillness that balances out our more active, muscular (yang) yoga practices. This class targets the deeper connective tissues of the body {ligaments, joints, and fascia} through long-held, passive poses held for 3–5 minutes. These shapes invite deep release, improved mobility, and greater body awareness over time.

Though gentle in pace, Yin can be surprisingly challenging. It asks you to slow down, stay present, and tune into your body in a new way. Expect quiet reflection, calming breathwork, and dharma-inspired guidance throughout class. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and more connected to your inner landscape.

Some classes may include optional tea and quiet gathering afterward to extend the pause and support a deeper sense of community.

This class is ideal for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, whether you’re looking to complement a more active practice or simply need a reset.

A blend of gentle flow + deep rest
82–84° | ALL LEVELS

This class combines the best of both worlds: a slow and steady vinyasa flow paired with grounding restorative postures. You’ll begin with mindful movement to build heat, increase circulation, and clear energetic or physical stagnation—often with a touch of cardio and just enough sweat to feel refreshed.

The second half of class shifts into stillness. Yin and restorative postures are held for 3–5 minutes, allowing you to settle deeply into your body, support your joints, and calm your nervous system.

Each class is intentionally sequenced and may vary slightly, sometimes beginning and ending with restorative poses to ease you in or out with softness.

Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a balance of strength and rest, this practice helps you unwind at the end of your day and prepares you for deeper, more restful sleep.

Beginner | intermediate
Build Heat. Move with power. Reset your body + mind
95–99° | Intermediate

This heated vinyasa class links breath to movement in a strong, intentional flow designed to challenge, energize, and restore. The warmth of the room allows your muscles to open more deeply, encourages detoxification, and helps you tap into both strength and softness as you move.

Expect a steady-paced sequence with a full-body focus, some days strength-driven and energizing, others fluid and grounding. You’ll sweat, breathe, flow, and occasionally be invited to explore arm balances or inversions (always optional, always fun). Each class is uniquely sequenced to leave you feeling empowered and more at home in your body.

Whether you join in the morning or evening, Hot Flow is a space to reset. Start your day feeling enlivened and clear, or end it by releasing tension and supporting deeper, more restful sleep.

Midday movement to ground, energize, and reconnect.
80–82° | Beginner/Intermediate

Sol Flow is a steady-paced vinyasa-style class designed to help you reset and recharge. It’s perfect for your lunch break or midday pause. You’ll move through an intentional flow that warms the body, builds subtle strength, and supports mobility without leaving you drenched before heading back to your day.

Rooted in the rhythms of nature, this class integrates seasonal wisdom through the lens of Ayurveda. That means the pace, structure, and intensity shift gently throughout the year to meet you where you are, and to offer what’s most supportive for the current season.

Expect breath-centered movement, clear alignment cues, and time to settle into your body. This class lands somewhere between Luminous and Vinyasa, enough heat to wake you up and enough space to come home to yourself.

Whether you’re newer to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking for a grounded, purposeful flow, Sol Flow offers a revitalizing reset for your body and mind.

Strength meets flow in an energizing vinyasa-style class

You’ll flow through energized sequences that challenge both your stamina and stability, amplifying your yoga practice with creativity and intention.

Props such as dumbbells, resistance bands, Pilates rings, and balls are woven into the sequence to enrich your physical experience, helping to sculpt muscles, elevate heart rate, and enhance balance and core engagement. You’ll move with purpose, breathe with focus, and feel your body rising to meet each moment.
