Why We’re Opening Our Doors
Here at Asana, we love movement. We also love intentional connections, meaningful friendships, and soul-deep conversations.
You too? Come on over.
Our vision is to create intentional spaces where people can slow down, feel seen, and come home to themselves. Sometimes that looks like breath and movement on a mat. Sometimes it’s simply gathering, sipping tea, sharing stories, or just being together.
This Open House is part of that vision. A full day where you’re invited into our space to explore, connect, and experience something a little different. Whether you come for a class, shop with our pop-up vendors or just hang out and enjoy the energy. We’re here for it.

Interested in being a vendor at the Open House?
We’re looking for handmade, ethically sourced, or intentionally crafted goods that align with our mission. There’s no charge to set up, but we’re thoughtful about who we invite in and only accept vendors whose values align with ours. If this speaks to you, reach out to us at spreadlove@asanayoga.net with a quick note about what you offer.

New Students
We invite you into our space with love and a sense of gratitude.
- Please wear comfortable workout attire.
- Our studio is warm, between 78-99 degrees depending on the class. Dress accordingly.
- Be prepared to practice in bare feet.
- Please refrain from wearing any colognes or perfumes.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before class. Getting settled in calmly is part of the practice, too.
- If you might be late, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate a one-time late arrival.
- Before entering the studio, take off your shoes, and turn off your cell phone. We have cubbies to safely keep your personal belongings.
- Bring a towel to wipe down your mat (or yourself!) after use if you sweat during class.
- We have mats for you to borrow. Please spray/wipe it down after use.
- We highly recommend purchasing one for personal hygiene and commitment to your practice.
- Avoid practicing with a full stomach, and drink water before/after class (ideally not too much during, unless you’re feeling dehydrated).
- Introduce yourself as a new student to your teacher and please let us know if you have any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice.
- If you must leave early, please discuss this with the teacher before and place your mat closest to the door.
- Lastly, be kind to yourself. Lefts/rights can feel confusing for everyone, especially when we’re new to the practice!
Registration & Cancellations
- In-studio classes are limited to 15-20 students. Make sure to reserve early. This allows for about plenty of room between each student
- We do not have a minimum number of students required.
- We do not take reservations or cancellations by phone.
- Please note, we will be live streaming and recording most of these classes. If you’d prefer to not be in the video, make sure to arrive early and set up behind the camera.
