The Spring Edit

Do some yoga, shop the pop-ups, book a mini session, and just hang out.

This isn’t your typical drop-in. It’s a full day to move your body, try something new, and see what being in an alive community is all about.

If you’re brand new, curious, or just ready to shake it up, this is your moment. Explore different classes, meet our teachers, and ease into a mini practice that actually feels good.

Between classes, wander through our curated pop-up shops or treat yourself to a 15-minute session like massage, microcurrent, Reiki, or tarot.

Come for one class or stay for a few. All classes are free. The space is alive. And there’s a lot to experience.

Flow through the fire and leave lighter
95–99° | Intermediate | Brooke Leader

This Open House class offers a strong, breath-led vinyasa flow designed to wake up your body and mind first thing in the morning.

Set in a heated room, you’ll move through an intentional, full-body sequence that builds strength, increases mobility, and helps you tap into both effort and ease. Expect a steady pace that invites you to sweat, breathe, and move with purpose.

You may be guided into arm balances or inversions, always optional, always offered with support.

This is a powerful way to start your day feeling clear, energized, and grounded.

Hot Flow will return in full on our regular schedule for the fall schedule as we transition back into the cooler seasons.

Strength meets flow in an energizing, vinyasa-style class.
84–86° | All Levels | Lindsay Silver

This 45-minute upbeat, vinyasa-style class features cardio-driven movement paired with muscular strength work, ideal for students looking to lengthen, fortify, and ground their practice. You’ll flow through energized sequences that challenge both your stamina and stability, amplifying your yoga practice with creativity and intention.

Props such as dumbbells, resistance bands, Pilates rings, and balls are woven into the sequence to enrich your physical experience, helping to sculpt muscles, elevate heart rate, and enhance balance and core engagement. You’ll move with purpose, breathe with focus, and feel your body rising to meet each moment.

Whether you’re here to build strength, boost energy, or condition your body in a mindful yet dynamic way, Yoga Sculpt creates the perfect space for you to press into your potential.

This class is normally offered Tuesdays + Thursdays at 4:30 PM (45 minutes) and Saturdays at 8:30 AM (60 minutes).

Move with power + reset your body + mind.
84–86° | Intermediate | Delaney Ryde

This Open House class offers a shorter taste of our Vinyasa Flow, evolving from our Hot Flow classes with the same strength and intention, just in a more moderate heat.

You’ll move through breath-led, full-body sequences designed to energize, strengthen, and reconnect you to your body.

Expect a steady, dynamic flow that builds heat, invites focus, and leaves you feeling both grounded and refreshed.

Enjoy savasana with a cool, calming essential oil towel to help you fully reset before stepping back into your day.

As we move into late spring and summer, this class replaces our Hot Flow to better align with the season. Hot Flow will return for the fall schedule. This class is regularly offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM.

A steady reset + recharge midday.
80–82° | beginner to intermediate | Melina Johnson

You’ll move through a steady, breath-led vinyasa flow that builds gentle heat, supports strength and mobility, and leaves you feeling both energized and grounded. Expect clear guidance, intentional movement, and a pace that helps you reconnect to your body without overwhelm.

Whether you’re newer to yoga or more experienced, this class offers a balanced and accessible reset.

Sol Flow is regularly offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:00 PM (45 minutes), and Tuesdays + Thursdays at 5:30 PM (60 minutes).

Seasonal nourishment, vinyasa flow, breathwork, and meditation
80–82° | All Levels | Jill Nelson

You’ll be guided through intentional, heart-led movement designed to help you reconnect to your body, your breath, and something deeper within. Expect a balance of strength and softness, with moments that invite both challenge and reflection.

Each experience is thoughtfully guided and may include longer holds, steady transitions, and space to pause and receive. This is a practice that supports you in releasing what feels heavy and coming back to yourself.

Many describe this class as their yoga “church”: a space for renewal, connection, and inner clarity.

Luminous Flow is offered as a regular class within our weekly schedule on Sundays at 8:30 AM (75 min)

A gentle, grounding practice to soften, restore, and reconnect.
78–80° | Gentle Beginner | Meredith Hoffman

The first half of class will be a slower and gentle EnLighten Flow: a nurturing, breath-led practice with mindful movement and pauses between poses to help your body restore, reset, and reconnect. This portion is designed to be accessible and supportive, while still offering opportunities to build strength, improve balance, and move with intention.

The second half transitions into Yin Yoga: a quiet, meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods to target deeper connective tissues like joints, ligaments, and fascia. These longer holds invite release, improve mobility, and encourage you to slow down, tune inward, and find stillness.

Together, this class offers both gentle movement and deep rest, meeting you exactly where you are.

EnLighten Flow is regularly offered Wednesdays + Fridays at 10:00 AM (60 minutes) and Yin Yoga is offered Sundays at 4:30 PM (75 minutes).

A gentle reset, shared in the open air.
klamath commons park | beginner + family friendly | Kelsey King

Join us for a special Open House edition of Community Flow, held just across the street in Klamath Commons Park. This class offers a short, accessible taste of our full Community Flow experience.

This is a welcoming, all-ages class designed to feel relaxed, easy, and supportive. Come solo, bring a friend, or bring the whole family.

You’ll move through slow, mindful, breath-led movement followed by grounding, restorative shapes to help you settle, soften, and reconnect.

This class is regularly offered as an accessible $5 Community Flow on Sundays at 6pm (60min).

Movement + Breath + Sound = Inner Alchemy
78-80° | ALL LEVELS | Lisa Chancellor

This Kundalini-inspired experience begins with light yoga to open the energy channels, followed by breathwork to cultivate and move energy through the body, helping to clear stagnation and enhance vitality.

From there, you’ll settle into a longer savasana, where you can relax deeply as the sound of singing bowls, mantra, and gong support you in softening, releasing, and elevating your energy.

Kundalini Yoga is normally offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM (60 minutes) and Full Moon Sound Baths are held monthly on the Friday closest to the full moon at 7pm.

Why We’re Opening Our Doors all day – again

Here at Asana, we love movement. We also love intentional connections, meaningful friendships, and soul-deep conversations.

Our vision is to create intentional spaces where people can slow down, feel alive, and come home to themselves. Sometimes that looks like breath and movement on a mat. Sometimes it’s simply gathering, sipping tea, sharing stories, or just being together.

This Open House is part of that vision. A full day where you’re invited into our space to explore, connect, and experience something a little different. Whether you come for a class, shop with our pop-up vendors, get a 15 minute self-care sesh or just hang out and enjoy being alive together. We’re here for it.

Mini Self-Care Sessions

During your session, the treatment is typically very subtle. Most people feel little to nothing, or a light tingling sensation, as the body begins to respond.

Experience a 15-minute microcurrent therapy session with Jessica Simmons of Proactive Wellness.
Relax into a 15-minute chair massage with Christina Wilson of Haven, Home of Healing Massage.

This calming, hands-on energy practice is designed to help you relax, reset, and restore balance. Through light touch or hands just above the body, Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal, bringing a sense of ease, clarity, and renewed energy.

This session is offered on a free or donation basis. Contributions are welcomed but not required.

Please join Selena Duffy for a gentle energy tune-up with a 15-minute Reiki relaxation session.

Natalie offers intuitive tarot readings designed to help you gain clarity, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and navigate life’s transitions with more confidence and ease. Blending tarot with her work as a Certified Life Coach, her sessions offer both insight and grounded, practical guidance you can actually use.

Each reading is unique, meeting you right where you are. Whether you come with a question or simply curiosity, you’ll leave with a deeper sense of direction and understanding. It’s the kind of practical magic that meets you where you are and helps you move forward.

New Students

We invite you into our space with love and a sense of gratitude.

  • Please wear comfortable workout attire.
  • Our studio is warm, between 78-99 degrees depending on the class. Dress accordingly.
  • Be prepared to practice in bare feet.
  • Please refrain from wearing any colognes or perfumes.
  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before class. Getting settled in calmly is part of the practice, too.
  • If you might be late, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate a one-time late arrival.
  • Before entering the studio, take off your shoes, and turn off your cell phone. We have cubbies to safely keep your personal belongings.
  • Bring a towel to wipe down your mat (or yourself!) after use if you sweat during class.
  • We have mats for you to borrow. Please spray/wipe it down after use.
  • We highly recommend purchasing one for personal hygiene and commitment to your practice.
  • Avoid practicing with a full stomach, and drink water before/after class (ideally not too much during, unless you’re feeling dehydrated).
  • Introduce yourself as a new student to your teacher and please let us know if you have any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice.
  • If you must leave early, please discuss this with the teacher before and place your mat closest to the door.
  • Lastly, be kind to yourself. Lefts/rights can feel confusing for everyone, especially when we’re new to the practice!

Registration & Cancellations

  • In-studio classes are limited to 20-25 students. Make sure to reserve early. This allows for about plenty of room between each student
  • We do not have a minimum number of students required.
  • We do not take reservations or cancellations by phone.
