Living in Rhythm with the Seasons
72–74° | All Levels | 60-minutes | Carol Valenzuela | Lecture

Ayurveda teaches that true health comes from living in harmony with nature’s rhythms. Each season carries its own energy that affects everything from digestion to mood, sleep, and vitality. When we understand these seasonal shifts, we can make small but powerful changes that support balance in body and mind.

In this session, you will explore the foundational principles of Ayurveda and the dosha system. Learn how the elements of nature (earth, water, fire, air, and space) show up in your physical and emotional life.

You will leave with seasonal tools and simple practices you can implement at home to support your well-being throughout fall’s Vata season.

Heart opening devotion in stillness and sound
78–80° | All Levels | 60-minutes | Meredith Hoffman

Step into a space of deep devotion and stillness. In this practice, you will experience the soulful path of bhakti, the yoga of love and reverence for the Divine. Meredith will guide you through mantra, chant, and sacred sound as you rest in long held yin postures. As the body softens into the earth, the vibration of sound and teaching moves through the room, inviting you to listen, receive, and reconnect with your heart.

You do not need to sing or know the chants. Simply bring your breath, your presence, and your readiness to relax and receive.

Move gently, sip slowly, come back to calm
78–80° | All Levels | 60-minutes | Jill

This gentle, heart centered class blends breathwork, grounding movement, and intentional discussion to help regulate the nervous system and reconnect to calm. You will begin with beginner friendly breathwork and energetic tools such as shaking or tapping to help move stuck energy. Then, ease into restorative yoga postures that support physical grounding and presence.

In the final portion of class, you will enjoy a warm cup of golden milk prepared with a traditional Ayurvedic recipe. While sipping slowly and mindfully, Jill will guide a short tea talk exploring how ancient yogic tools can help regulate the body in a modern, stress filled world. You will also receive a take home recipe card so you can continue the ritual in your own space.

Move freely, shine brightly, dance your joy
72–74° | ALL LEVELS | Family Friendly | 45-minutes | Delaney Ryde

Get ready to shine, move, and groove. This playful ecstatic dance experience is a celebration of light, color, and connection. Under glow lights, everyone is invited to express themselves freely through movement. No choreography, no pressure, just pure joy.

We will dance, laugh, and let energy move in a vibrant glow in the dark space that sparks creativity and togetherness. Come as you are and wear white or neon if you want to glow your brightest.

Then, stay for the chill yoga nidra and breathwork journey afterwards.

Breathe. Rest. Dream.
78-80° | ALL LEVELS | family-friendly | 30-minutes | Jill Nelson

This grounding and restorative class blends guided breathwork with the deep rest of yoga nidra. You will begin with simple, accessible breathing techniques to settle the nervous system and create space in the body. From there, you will be guided through a yoga nidra journey, a form of conscious rest that invites deep release, inner clarity, and spacious awareness.

This class is designed to help you integrate, reset, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within. No yoga movement, so feel free to wear any comfortable clothes. You will be lying down for the class, so bring a yoga mat, pillow, or anything else that supports your comfort {or borrow ours}.

A perfect way to wind down after the ecstatic dance!

Why We’re Opening Our Doors

Here at Asana, we love movement. We also love intentional connections, meaningful friendships, and soul-deep conversations.

This Open House is part of that vision. A full day where you’re invited into our space to explore, connect, and experience something a little different. Whether you come for a class, shop with our pop-up vendors or just hang out and enjoy the energy. We’re here for it.
