Practice with Jill
E-RYT-200 YOGA TEACHER TRAINER + Reiki Master + AYURVEDIC COACH + Asana Co-Founder
Jill Nelson
Jill’s classes are creative, intuitive, and rooted in embodied vinyasa. She loves a strong practice, but challenge is never the whole point. There is always room to rest, explore, play, and listen to what your body is actually asking for that day.
No two classes are exactly the same. Jill teaches to the people in the room, weaving together creative movement, breathwork, Tantra, Ayurveda, subtle energy, and moments of reflection. Her classes are often inspired by the season, astrology, or simply the rhythms of life we seem to be collectively moving through.
Expect thoughtful sequencing, space to make the practice your own, and opportunities to move between effort and softness. Whether the class is strong and sweaty or slower and more grounding, Jill’s intention is for you to leave feeling more connected to your body, more aware of yourself, and a little more able to hear what you need beyond the mat.

Practice with Melina
RYT-200 YOGA TEACHER
Melina Johnson
Melina came to yoga in 2017 simply curious about what the practice might offer. What began as movement quickly became something more: a way to build strength, quiet her mind, connect with her body, and be more present in everyday life.
That sense of curiosity still shapes the way she teaches. Melina loves creative movement, functional strength, and finding unexpected ways to explore familiar poses. She encourages students to explore rather than perform, with plenty of room to challenge yourself, modify, rest, try something new, and laugh when your balance decides to take the day off. Her hope is that students leave feeling lighter, calmer, more connected to themselves, and genuinely glad they showed up.
Outside the studio, Melina is a mom to three kids and five chickens. Her family keeps her grounded, laughing, and noticing the beauty in ordinary moments. You’ll often find them outside exploring, making memories, or enjoying a little friendly competition on the golf course.
RYT-200 YOGA TEACHER
Lindsay Silver
Lindsay thrives on movement. She finds stagnation stifling mentally, emotionally, and physically, while sweating feels both purifying and sacred. That relationship with movement shapes the energy she brings into the studio: creative, purposeful, upbeat, and always with a little fun mixed in.
With a background in training, Lindsay blends alignment and sensation-based cues with strength, breath, and plenty of room to challenge yourself. She often demonstrates alongside her students, but also recognizes that energy ebbs and flows and our bodies don’t show up the same way every day. Her goal is to create an approachable environment where students feel comfortable listening to themselves, adjusting when needed, and safely exploring their limits.
Lindsay believes yoga doesn’t always have to fit neatly inside the yoga box. What matters is the intention: connecting breath to movement and finding the shift from effort toward ease.
Her hope is that you leave feeling reenergized, grounded, and ready for whatever life presents next.

Practice w/ Meredith
RYT-200 YOGA TEACHER
Meredith Hoffman
Meredith brings a depth of life experience, personal practice, and years of study into the way she teaches yoga. Her approach is rooted in the traditional teachings of the practice, bringing together intentional movement, meditation, breathwork, and spiritual self-exploration. She invites students to slow down, stay present, and become curious about what arises when we give ourselves time to truly pay attention.
Her teaching is steady and intentional, with an emphasis on presence rather than performance. Meredith encourages students to stay with moments of challenge and discomfort, building strength and discipline while exploring the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
She offers hands-on guidance, props, and modifications so students can discover what the practice means in their own bodies rather than trying to fit themselves into a particular shape.
Meredith’s teaching is also informed by her longtime study of Ayurveda, meditation, and holistic wellness. She sees yoga as something much larger than physical movement: a practice that can deepen self-awareness and continue shaping how we live long after we leave the mat.
RYT-200 YOGA TEACHER
Brooke Leader
Brooke teaches from a place of curiosity, creativity, and connection. She loves helping students step away from autopilot, get out of their heads, and pay attention to how their bodies actually feel. For her, yoga can be both grounding and energizing: a place to challenge yourself, play, breathe, and become more present along the way.
Her teaching blends thoughtful sequencing, breath-led movement, functional strength, body awareness, and plenty of room to explore. She loves creative transitions, balance, heart-opening shapes, and those moments of stillness that allow you to notice what just happened. Brooke encourages students to approach the practice with curiosity rather than expectation, finding the balance between effort and listening to what they need.
Whether the practice is strong and sweaty or slower and more spacious, Brooke hopes students leave feeling strong, present, nourished, and a little more at home in their bodies.

Practice w/ Kelsey
RYT-200 YOGA TEACHER
Kelsey King
Kelsey first found yoga nearly ten years ago when a new friend invited her to class. She kept returning because yoga made her feel stronger and more capable in her body, while also giving her permission to slow down. Over time, it became less about what she could do and more about connection, gratitude, and learning to challenge herself without expecting perfection.
That balance shapes how Kelsey teaches. She creates a welcoming, inclusive environment with space to explore, breathe, listen to your body, and make the practice your own. Her approach has been influenced by learning from different teachers and styles wherever life has taken her, from Sri Lanka to travels across the U.S.
Now back in her hometown of Klamath Falls, Kelsey works in agricultural sustainability, volunteers with a local food hub, and helps coordinate a women’s hiking group. For her, yoga is another way to bring people together and cultivate the sense of belonging that first drew her to the practice.
Kundalini YOGA TEACHER
Lisa Chancellor
Lisa Chancellor has been practicing yoga since 2005. What began as a relationship with a “more tolerable” form of exercise became a practice of embodiment that naturally led to a deeper spiritual connection.
In 2020, Lisa became immersed in Kundalini Yoga through online practice and soon developed a daily practice of her own. The profound positive impact it had on her life eventually led her to begin teaching, with the intention of sharing the transformative benefits of Kundalini Yoga with others.
Off the mat, Lisa is a multimedia artist and muralist and a mother of two boys. She also enjoys music, hiking with her dog, and biking with her family. As a founding member of Underground Art KF, Lisa is passionate about creating more opportunities for art, connection, and creative experiences within the Klamath Falls community.

Practice w/ Heather
RYT-200 YOGA TEACHER
Heather Sha
Heather is a self-described thoughtful goofball who has been in love with yoga since she first began practicing nearly 20 years ago. After a car accident changed the way she experienced her body, her practice became an important part of learning to trust herself, strengthen holistically, and reconnect with her body and nervous system. She has maintained a daily personal practice for more than a decade, and that lived experience deeply shapes the way she teaches.
In Heather’s classes, expect a balance of play, presence, and challenge. She brings together intentional movement, alignment, strength, meditation, breathwork, grounding, and moments to slow down and really feel what’s happening. She offers guidance while leaving plenty of room for students to listen to themselves and make their own choices.
Heather hopes students leave feeling peaceful, empowered, grounded, and more trusting of themselves. Outside yoga, she loves live theater, poetry, playing piano, family game nights, waterfall hikes, chasing rainbows, Akashic Records, and time with her husband and daughter.
RYT-200 YOGA TEACHER
Lacey Hevern
Lacey knows how loud life can get. Her own yoga practice has become a sanctuary: a place to nurture herself, reconnect mind, body, and spirit, and find a little quiet within everything else.
That’s the feeling she hopes to create for her students, too. Lacey loves a practice that asks you to work, breathe, stay with the challenge, and eventually let go. She’s always chasing that bliss feeling at the end: loose, quiet, warm and fuzzy, when you’ve worked hard and can finally soften. She laughs a lot, doesn’t take herself too seriously, and wants students to feel like there’s always room to breathe and maybe crack a smile, even when things get hard.
Off the mat, Lacey is a married mom to a teenage daughter and toddler son. She also runs a business from home, managing young women across the country in their careers within the fashion and beauty industry.
