Our kids yoga summer camp in Klamath Falls is designed to give kids a space to move, explore, and feel good in their bodies.
Through guided yoga, storytelling, and hands-on creative activities, your kiddo will build strength, focus, and confidence in a way that feels fun and natural.
Each day includes movement, breath, mindfulness, and sound in an upbeat, age appropriate environment. Along the way, kids learn simple tools to feel calm, steady, and more aware of themselves.
This is a space where they can be themselves, try new things, and build a positive connection with their body… all while having a really good time.

themes of the week
Each day of our kids yoga camp in Klamath Falls explores a different theme to help kids understand their bodies, emotions, and inner strengths in a way that feels fun and relatable.
Monday
Intro to Yoga
We kick things off by exploring what yoga is and how movement, breath, and awareness work together. Kids begin to notice how their body feels and how they can use simple tools to feel calm and focused.
Tuesday
Confidence & Creativity
Through movement and play, kids build a sense of stability and confidence while also exploring creativity and self expression.
Wednesday
Kindness & Connection
A heart centered day focused on friendship, empathy, and feeling connected to themselves and others.
Thursday
Expression & Imagination
Kids explore using their voice, trusting their ideas, and tapping into creativity and imagination.
Friday
Superpowers in Action
We bring it all together. Kids reflect on what they’ve learned and leave feeling strong, confident, and ready to share their unique gifts.
Meet the teacher

Lindsay Silver
Camp is led by Lindsay Silver, who brings a thoughtful and grounded approach to working with children.
With a degree in Psychology and experience as a counselor, advocate, and substitute teacher, Lindsay understands how to create a space where kids feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be themselves.
She is background checked, CPR certified, and deeply passionate about helping kids build confidence, self awareness, and a positive connection to their bodies.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING?
A water bottle, a snack, and comfortable clothes they can move in. We’ve got the rest covered.
WHAT ARE DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES?
Drop off is between 8:15–8:25AM so we can begin promptly at 8:30.
Pick up is between 12:30–12:45PM.
ARE SNACKS PROVIDED?
Snacks are NOT provided.
Please send your child with a snack each day. We’ll take a short break to refuel.
DOES MY CHILD NEED YOGA EXPERIENCE?
Not at all. This camp is designed for all levels. Whether it’s their first time or they’ve done yoga before, they’ll feel right at home.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS SHY OR HAS A LOT OF ENERGY?
Both are welcome here. This is a supportive space where kids can be themselves, move at their own pace, and grow in confidence.
IS THIS A RELIGIOUS PROGRAM?
No. We focus on movement, self awareness, and body positivity in a fun, age appropriate way.
DO YOU OFFER SIBLING DISCOUNTS?
Yes! We offer $25 off each child for siblings. Just reach out and we’ll get you set up.
WHAT IF THE CAMP FILLS UP?
If the morning session fills, we plan to open an afternoon option. Let us know if you’re interested and we’ll make sure you’re the first to know.
