Ready to ditch the shoulds, get in your body, laugh till you cry, and remember what lights you up?
Same.
Illuminate your soul with an all-inclusive, women’s only yoga & nature retreat
There’s a part of you that remembers.
Remembers the feeling of being deeply connected — to yourself, to nature, to a circle of women who see and honor you.
But amidst the busyness of life, that connection can fade into the background. This retreat is an invitation to return to that place of remembrance. To step into a space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the vibrant, alive woman within.
Through intentional movement, nourishing meals, heartfelt conversations, and sacred ceremonies, you’ll be held in a container that supports your journey back to yourself.

This retreat is about reawakening your spirit through your body, through the elements, and through the remembering of what truly makes you feel alive.
It’s a sacred pause—rooted in nature, movement, and feminine connection.

Josh Nelson, with The Athletes Lab, will be guiding you through gorgeous roads along the cascade mountain scenic byway.

Hike
Tie your shoes, crunch through the fall leaves and newly fallen snow for an adventure into Crater Lake National Park.
Depending on weather, we might adjust this to a snowshoe experience.

Kayak

Guided by Sky Lakes Wilderness Adventures, we’ll kayak on calm waters in clear-bottom boats {or standard and tandem boats} then head up to the iconic bubbling headwaters.

Ignite your spirit
Move with the Elements. Return to Yourself.
You already carry the embers of
your own aliveness.
Nature is the catalyst that gives them {your desires and dreams that need some tending} a little more breath. You just have to be willing to arrive with curiosity, openness, and the readiness to feel fully alive again. I know I’m ready for that, and if you’re here reading this, I have an inclination that you are, too.
Each experience is designed to reconnect you with the five elements and awaken a part of you that’s been longing for breath, space, momentum and play.
These aren’t just activities—they’re invitations. To feel. To move. To remember who you are—through your body.

Why Come to the Embers Retreat?

The Alive Pulsation
When life is full of “all the other things”, it gets cloudy. It’s harder to feel our truth, speak our truth, much less live in our truth.
Aliveness isn’t just energy. It’s clarity. It’s presence. It’s that inner pulse that reminds you you’re still here, and there’s still so much to feel.
But out here? In the woods, energizing and nourishing your body, being seen by the mother earth and other open-hearted women…
The forest becomes your mirror. The practices become your fuel. And something sacred begins to stir.
This is where the embers catch fire. This is where you come alive.

Embodied & Personal
At the Embers Retreat, we don’t do cookie-cutter spirituality. Every body holds a different story—and your path home deserves to reflect that.
Through yoga, breathwork, ceremony, and Ayurveda, you’ll be invited to move in ways that feel nourishing and natural to you. This isn’t about getting it “right”—it’s about reclaiming what’s real.
Here, you’ll tune your nervous system, clear the static, and expand into the clarity that’s already within you. You’ll leave with rituals and practices tailored to your unique rhythm—tools that travel with you long after the retreat ends.

The Vibe
Like the summer church camp you’ve never had {minus the church part} with the most amazing women to hang out with at the most chill and earth anchoring lodge, doing the most laughter-filled, awe-inspiring excursions, and experiencing the most magical wildly-affirming ceremonies.
This isn’t about performing, fixing, or being the “best” at yoga. It’s about remembering who you are, with women who’ve probably walked with you in other lifetimes.
This is for the down-to-earth woman who wants all the fun, depth and magic. Magic that’s like the glitter floating in the air from the hoar frost, like the dreamy dandelion seeds blowing in the breeze, like the golden aspen leaves dancing and witnessing you.
This is a space where joy is holy. Where reverence meets play. Where you get to be fully human and fully lit up.
This retreat is for the woman who
- Has done the inner work. But life got loud, and she’s ready to hear her soul again.
- Craves sacred connection with other women, not surface-level small talk, but soul-deep remembrance.
- Feels a spark inside that’s dimmed from tending to everyone else, but knows it’s still there.
- Wants movement and structure without the hustle—space to challenge herself and space to rest.
- Knows the magic of a quiet morning, a shared laugh, or a ritual under the stars—and wants more of that.
- Is tired of performing, proving, or perfecting, and just wants to show up as herself.
- Longs to feel inspired, radiant, and reconnected to her feminine aliveness.
You’ll leave not just restored, but reawakened, lit from within and deeply rooted in your own truth. AKA — ️🔥 — this is the embers igniting, my friend.
