Join us for the embers
Illuminate your soul with an all-inclusive, women’s only yoga & nature retreat

There’s a part of you that remembers.

Remembers the feeling of being deeply connected — to yourself, to nature, to a circle of women who see and honor you.

But amidst the busyness of life, that connection can fade into the background. This retreat is an invitation to return to that place of remembrance. To step into a space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the vibrant, alive woman within.

Through intentional movement, nourishing meals, heartfelt conversations, and sacred ceremonies, you’ll be held in a container that supports your journey back to yourself.

Josh Nelson, with The Athletes Lab, will be guiding you through gorgeous roads along the cascade mountain scenic byway.

Hike

Tie your shoes, crunch through the fall leaves and newly fallen snow for an adventure into Crater Lake National Park.

Depending on weather, we might adjust this to a snowshoe experience.

Kayak

Glide through the most incredibly clear, turquoise waters you’ve ever seen — right here in the Oregon high desert.

Guided by Sky Lakes Wilderness Adventures, we’ll kayak on calm waters in clear-bottom boats {or standard and tandem boats} then head up to the iconic bubbling headwaters.

frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

First of all, there is no such thing as “good” at yoga. You are where you are at and that’s perfect. You’ll be guided with care, with options for every level. We will practice vinyasa flow in the mornings and more yin/restorative style in the afternoon/evenings.

Not at all. Everything is optional. This is your retreat. Annie Creek flows through the ranch, hammocks are around, a ping pong table, essential oils for crafting your own blend, and Crater Lake close by, too. You’re welcome to spend it in whatever way feels most supportive for you that day.

Absolutely not. This is a space for beginners and seasoned seekers alike. You don’t have to be in the “best shape of your life” or super fit. And also, this is an active retreat. Although we have plenty of space for rest and integration, make sure you’re coming where you feel like your body can meet the moment with care.

WiFi is not available, and we encourage unplugging as much as possible. Quiet hours and tech-free communal spaces will be shared.

That’s okay. Many of us feel that way. You’ll be held in a space of real connection and zero comparison. There’s space here for both introverts and extroverts to feel supported in their own way.

Lodging, meals, yoga, ceremony, adventures, curated gifts, and group transport. Kayaks are included. However, bikes are not included. Please bring (or rent) your own road bike.

A $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before September 22, you will receive a full refund minus a $500 deposit. After September 22, we’ll do our best to fill your spot and refund your balance (minus deposit).

Yes. We intentionally hold a sacred, clear space. That means no alcohol or drugs.
We’re not here for external validation—from others or plants. We’re getting high on our breath, our belly laughs, and the ember of inspiration that is growing in your womb-space.

We do not provide direct transportation from the airport, but we’re happy to help coordinate it for you. Most guests fly into Medford Airport (MFR), which is the closest airport to the retreat site. From there, you can rent a car or we can help arrange a carpool or shuttle connection. Don’t hesitate to reach out—our team is here to support your travel planning!
