Rooted in vinyasa flow, Tantra inspired meditation, feminine form Ayurveda, and subtle energy practices, Sip the Nectar is yoga as it was always meant to be: lived, felt, embodied.
Sip the Nectar: the yoga of your heart
What Sip the Nectar is about
Friday, February 6 at 4:00pm
This is a free one hour practice and reflection space to help you drop into clarity, steadiness, and inner listening.
Sip the Nectar is not a lecture or about doing yoga “right.” It is an evening to practice in a way that feels real and wakes up the stirring of your heart. A taste of yoga as an inner experience. A ceremony of breath, body, and quiet remembering.
Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome here. Some will come simply to receive. Some will come because they feel curious about the Mahasana Yoga Teacher Training.

What We Will Practice Together
During this free session, you will experience:
This session offers a felt sense of how Yoga Teacher Training at Mahasana can support real life. Not just teaching skills, but how you move through your days, your relationships, and your choices. This practice is accessible + welcoming for all levels
Participants often leave feeling more present in their body, clearer in their inner knowing, and more connected to what feels true for them right now.
This practice is for those seeking:
- A deeper relationship with their body
- Tools for nervous system regulation
- Embodied clarity and self trust
- Connection to seasonal and feminine form wisdom
- Community rooted in authenticity and presence
Sip the Nectar is especially supportive if you’ve been curious about the Mahasana 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Oregon, or if you simply want an embodied practice that meets real life.
Attend in person or virtually. Both options offer the full experience.
