yoga. run. balance.
a little history
Asana Yoga and Sole is locally owned and operated by co-owners Josh and Jill Nelson. We believe that life is about creating balance, sharing experiences, and making the world a better place.
Our running staff has a wealth of collective experience. From just getting started, to seasoned ultra runners, we have the equipment and gear to keep you in motion. We don’t adhere to the rules of the past and are progressive about staying current with the latest research in shoe fit and running bio-mechanics. This affords every customer has a unique experience and get the proper shoe for their foot type…and have a bit of fun in the process.
Although we offer a variety of styles of yoga, all of our classes share one thing in common: a comfortable, safe space in which to explore the body, mind, and soul. We’re a small town, and off the beaten path, however our teachers consistently receive accolades from locals and visitors alike.
Seems like our business and Asana family is always growing and changing. So, make sure to stay connected through our newsletter and facebook.
Curious what others say about us?
I just purchased my 2nd pair of trail Runners a couple of weeks ago. Josh is so knowledgeable about all the products and very helpful in finding the right fit for me. I try to live a active lifestyle and I am grateful to have this business and family as part of our community. I recommend you stop by and check it out for yourself and please help support this business that is benefiting our community.
A year ago in May, I bought my first pair of running shoes...ever. Let me back up & tell you that the most I had ever spent on a pair of shoes was maybe $40...and more like $20 or less and usually second hand. I just didn't think myself to be worth spending top dollar on myself. After injuring myself with my worn out $20 discount store "running shoes", I finally went to Asana... they were excellent in helping me get fitted properly, checking my arch, determining if I needed extra arch support. I settled on the Stinson 3...and have never looked back! I'm now on my second pair. With their encouragement & support in helping me find the right shoe for my goals, I was equipped & ready to start a new chapter & adventure in my life. 1 year later I have lost 80 pounds. When people ask me how...one of the top 3 things I tell them is "Go to Asana." They are excellent, know all their products thoroughly, and treat you like family...even if you are a newbie with zero knowledge. This place is a GEM for Klamath, and it gives me joy to share with all who ask...wear did you get your shoes!?!?
